The company is looking for a Contract Manager to join their London offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of project across the UK market
• Oversee all contractual obligations under NEC/JCT contracts
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including JV partners and subcontractors
• Ensure project compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements
• Provide strategic advice on contract management and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations

Requirements:

• Experience: Extensive experience managing NEC/JCT contracts in major infrastructure projects in the UK market
• Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, or Quantity Surveying, with membership in a recognized professional body (RICS, MCIArb, or equivalent)
• Skills: Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk assessment capabilities
• Profile: Proven ability to lead in high-pressure environments with complex stakeholder structures
