A leading construction company in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to oversee a high-profile high-rise build project. This is a key role in ensuring the successful commercial management of a significant development within a larger mega-project.

Role Overview:

The Senior Commercial Manager will be responsible for all commercial aspects of the project, including contracts, cost control, procurement, and risk management. The ideal candidate will ideally have extensive experience in high-rise construction and a strong background in managing large-scale build projects within the Middle East.

Requirements:

✔ 10+ years of commercial management experience in construction

✔ Proven track record in high-rise building projects

✔ Middle East experience is essential

✔ Strong contractual and claims expertise (FIDIC knowledge preferred)

✔ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering or similar (RICS, MCIArb, or MSc/LLM qualifications are highly regarded)

✔ Native English required; Arabic is a plus
