Background

Anzurra is working with a key client to carry out a Quantity Surveyor search for their international operations. Having invested heavily in the Nordic market, they are now looking to appoint Quantity Surveyor's to support subcontract management, payment applications, and client claims.

Our client is a leading global construction group currently sitting in the top 20 worldwide for civil and infrastructure works. With a turnover of €10 billion EUR per annum and over 80,000 employees they are now recognised as one of the largest groups in the market.

Role

Based on site in Bergen, Norway you will be working with a major construction joint venture on a multi-billion euro transport infrastructure project.

• Measurements and calculations
• Contract administration
• Monthly reports and preparing documents for claims
• Payment applications
• Variation orders and EOT claims
• Claims writing and support
• Subcontract management
• Client/employer side experience

You will hold a Quantity Surveyor degree or similar qualification and you will have experience working for main contractors specialised in civil infrastructure works.

Fluent English is essential and Norwegian is desirable.

Minimum experience 5 years.
